Wish to hear from anyone who has gone through EB5 visa Direct investment (non Regional Center) in real estate and successfully obtained a green card.

Any guidance on how real estate investment can be structured as a business and generate 10 full time American jobs to satisfy the EB5 visa rules would be appreciated.

@Giuseppe Pavone yes. Unfortunately, Im not from treaty country nor do I hold passport from one, so E2 is not a option.

Has anyone successfully invested in real estate and obtained green card through EB5 direct investment visa?

I’m not interested in investing in regional centers since the returns are negligible.

Looking for EB5 direct investment in pooled projects.
