Hi Rohini,

I'm a broker and own my company NMA Realty. Yes, there are many new projects and one of them was Amazon, built on Foothills Blvd along with Restaurant Depot. Also new Nugget market was built on Blue Oaks Blvd. Lot of new constructions are going on baseline road as well. Roseville is growing towards HWY99.

Agreed with Amit! Rocklin is a great area to live and raise the family. Rocklin has one of the best schools in Placer county. Rocklin is diversified and great place to live. I been living in Rocklin for the past 25+ years and it grew so much. 1-Rocklin, 2- Roseville and 3- Elk Grove. You can buy for living or investment in Rocklin and it won't go wrong. All the best and let me know if I can be any help.

I would say Roseville because I'm from Rocklin which borders to Roseville. Schools are best in this area and the area is growing.Roseville is very diversified and pretty close to Sacramento. Great for rental, very low crime rate in Roseville. I been living in this area for the past 25+ years.

RNB Property Management

One of the best property management in Rocklin/Roseville areas. Don't just look for reasonable charges, you need reliable when tenant needs the service. All the best!!!

@Ricky, you are right. It used to slow down winter time due to holidays/rain. From last year till now the market is crazy. If you are not in rush you can find something but you need to be patient. I have two of my buyers under contract and both were under listing price. Let me know if I can be any help. I’m in Rocklin/Rosevillle area.

I'm a broker in Rocklin area which is right next to Roseville (near Sacramento). Helped many buyers and investors from Bay Area or out of area. Let me know if you want to connect and my number is 916-276-6768. The rental market is very hot here. 5 bed/3 bath goes for almost $2800-$3000/month.

Roseville is a great area. There is HP, Amazon, sutter, kaiser and many more to name. Rosevillle is growing big time. I will wait till sept 30th for the moratorium. There are chances for price adjustment and I know lot of people won’t agree with me. Ricklin is great as well and that’s where I’m from and the schools are one of the best in placer county. All the best!

I’m from Rocklin area which is 20 miles north of Sacramento. The prices are very high no matter which area you are looking if you are looking a nice area. One of client is in zip code 95838 and he rented 2 rooms for $600 each. 95838 is not a great area but that’s how the market is right now. Let me know if you need any help in my area of Rosevillle/Rocklin.

I thought you were asking Roseville CA?
