DId you do your due diligence for the property? I.E. pull comps, contracts in order. Do you have an immediate friend (mentor) that can help you make this go smooth?

Hello,

I am looking to connect with other fellow real estate Rehabber, investors, and buyers. I'm seeking to build connections as well as be part of your contacts. I am from ATL but move here in Houston/Galveston area a year ago..I'm not sure of what the rehab buyers are seeking at this time from the market.  All answers and connections would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Rashad

The first one is always the most nervous. I was a little hesitant on investing because i have heard a lot of people getting burned out of a deal in the past. Once i did my research and spoke to some people that could show me the ropes i became more comfortable. I learned the do's and dont's. The deal sounded too good to be true but this property was ARV & 127k i Got it for 89k. With me wholesaling it to a rehabber who understood the value of it everyone walked away happy.
