Welcome back fellow real estate bloodhounds!  Join us October 6th from 630-830PM at Bakfish Brewing Company for another stimulating round of real estate wonders.  At this event, we have a guest speaker that specializes in helping to fight and lower real estate taxes.  We could all use some tips on how to save money in that department!  As always, everyone is invited to come hang out and share some knowledge.  New, experienced, intrigued, and hopelessly lost are all welcomed.  Bring some friends to join us for some great beverages and even better information.  We should be out on the patio weather and live band dependent.  

Come out to 8936 Dirby Street as I, Rawn Wilson, unveil my first completed Padsplit property.  I will share the process I took from locating, funding, planning, renovating, and refinancing the property.  Padsplit is a newer company to the Houston area, and is a rent by the room business model that is doing really well in our area.  Come on out and bring a friend.  As usual, we will start out with the main topic of the month, and then branch out into as many topics as the group wants to discuss.  We have had some great information come from the group that has been useful to many.  The Fightin Texas Aggie firetruck will be there with some cold beverages for everyone.  We welcome all from the new to the experienced and from realtors to contractors.  Look forward to seeing you there!
