Cheering you on! Q1 2017 sounds like a sweet target. Though, be flexible & open if schedules get pushed or accelerated.

It depends on when the property was built & if it's been grandfathered into older statutes. Newer properties, at least here in CA, all require a minimum availability for tenant parking.
