As an entrepreneur, I'll probably never quit my dayjobs. I work about 50+ hrs a week building 2 companies & another project in the pipeline. I do have to say it helps that my lady is very understanding of my lifelong mission & purpose. REI is fun for me (& less headaches, interestingly enough).

With ya on this one. I'd like to think I'm a smooth operator when dealing & closing deals, non RE including, but silence is, a lot of times, is quite powerful.

Minimum wage or anything above minimum wage is usually a good start for the scenario you presented. Alternatively, you can also outsource this type of work with more affordable options from countries in Eastern EU, China, Vietnam, Philippines, etc

@Ryan Johnston, yup beginning to 3D print all model homes I can, long as I have the digital blueprints for them or we 3D scan the homes, then convert them into printable models.
We actually do not use any Makerbots. The red home pictured was done with the Zortrax M200, which has proven to be a reliable & consistent machine. It's done with ABS.
You should definitely get into 3D printing! It's a lot of fun (& for the sake of full disclosure - some headaches at times due to its bleeding edge technology & first adopter/pioneer approach, but man, once you figure issues out, the feeling is ultimately awesome).
