@Jeremy Wayne Hartin Pretty difficult to raise cash as you don't "technically" own them. 

I'm just surprised they're still putting out content. I guess if you want to save face you have to do what you have to do. 

If you're not getting applicants the unit quality is low (I'm assuming its not) then the price is too high. 

@Jeremy Wayne Hartin Welcome to the site! How did you fund the purchase? Normally we fund the purchase and rehab at the same time using private money. 

If this is a house you already own you could look into A HELOC, Credit Cards, doing a refinance, or taking on a partner. If you give a bit more info about the deal we can help you more!

I'd disagree with you man. They're not gonna remember we buy houses company #37 who sent them the same marketing they got from 36 other we buy houses companies.

Your branding should focus more on positive local imagery than keyword Cliche's. I have the #1 ranking brand in my market and my company name doesn't have anything to do with sell my house fast, for cash, or we buy houses.
