@Barrington Webb check out HomeFunds! We just launched back in March and do some work with a few rehabbers and flippers. We can monetize a portion of your existing equity in the home to make those repairs. You don’t have to make any payments since we invest on the future value of the home. Bad credit isn’t necessarily an issue, have funded folks as low as 500, tough situations for some during covid, but doesn’t mean a good investment can’t be had.

@Danny Baylis curious if you ended up making a decision? We recently invested in a firm that builds out fiber at their expense and is designed to allow all the providers piggy back off that fiber with ongoing financial incentive for the owner. Would be great just to hear about your experience.

@Ben Pedersen hey Ben, we just closed on a campground in Southern California. Our park had a ton of deferred maintenance and the cabins were in terrible shape. We are working on bringing in new cabins. Happy to chat more, but we had contractors out at the property during due diligence to give us quotes and raised that capital needed.

@Jared Williams We have experience in this and launched several buyout programs for investment firms. It’s either a DCF or cap rate analysis based on the ground lease, PPA (power purchase agreement) Or both in some cases.
