I am trying to add a dryer in my new unit. The trouble is, we discovered that the plug for the dryer is not a standard dryer plug. It looks like either an oven plug or something similar. Is this something that I can easily change myself, or should I get a Pro to do it?

I used Postlets, which puts the ad on multiple sites. It also can be placed on Craigslist. I got many responses and got a renter quickly. I would have had to pay 1 month of rent to the Realtor.

I don't think that you have any chance of positive cash-flow here. Your rent is under 1%, and those taxes are a cash-flow killer.

Per chance is the seller Leroy Brown?

If you do not plan on selling or refinancing in the first 5 years, it could be worth the points to buy down the rate.

In a house like this, those very low prop taxes do help. If he can get > $200/M cash flow, that is not too bad.

If the seller is willing to fix most things, especially the big things, no reason to cancel.

I recently tried myrental.com. Though this was my first screening, it went well. No application for me to fill out, nice report, seemed thorough.
