Zillow sometimes has trouble with addresses like "Hamilton Township" but will take "Hamilton."

It seems ridiculous to worry about the potential liability due to a failed fire extinguisher, when the benefits of providing one clearly outweigh the risks. Lawyers can ruin anything.

Do you find that they are worth the money? If so, any companies that you can suggest in that area?

Before you sell it for scrap, find out what it actually is and find out its true value. One never knows!

What is the purpose of a law that doesn't allow disclosure of the details of another offer? Being new at this, it seems illogical from both the seller's and buyer's perspective.
