Isn't the test open book? Out here in L.A. it's open book. I've been advised to do a crash course right before going though.

Post: What is the secret to becoming successful investor, a three day seminar or a mentor?

I think you are 100% correct. I know for me reading the books and going to seminars is a form of procrastination. I'll get a whole library worth of books and it becomes a vicious cycle. But, how to find a mentor? I asked on here and people basically said "good luck." So now I am doing the Keller Williams training to get my license, but I met someone recently who told me they have had their license for years and did nothing with it. That worried me, but I know it's about doing and not about thinking and reading about doing it.
But for a newbie, it's hard to know where to start, so a book becomes easiest.
Thanks for your post.

Renee, I did and you should, they should but don't, but I do, but few listen to what they don't want to hear. :)
Bill, I will, like you did, even though they don't, I'm doing it, I'm trying to do things right. :)

Thank you. That explains a lot.
