Home Depot offers free repair classes also. It's a start, and you might meet a contractor there. Hope that helps.

Hey Sharon Tippett , I would keep it simple. Listen to Sean Terry on YouTube, lotta free content. You basically want to get a great deal that buyers will be knocking at your door. Network with buyers in your area and ask what do they consider a great deal, a homerun. There's no need to purchase anything if a buyer will pay you to assign the deal to them. Consider a local wholesaler to walk you thru the first deal for split fee.
Great post Brian Gibbons ! That's a lot of gold nuggets right there!

Hey Chad. There are a good number of meet ups and networking going on here in Houston. I mention that because that's where everyone shows up to network, more bang for your buck. You can speak to pros and meet wholesalers that could get you deals. Hope that helps.

Hang in there Erin. That area is hot depending on where specifically it's located. Rice, Uh, Tsu is a big territory. Reach out to a rehabber to get an estimate, maybe partner up. Your deal, your fee. Reach out if you have questions. Love to share.
