Hey Tierra Ellis , listen to Sean Terry on podcast and YouTube. He's got great scenarios for beginners and advanced methods of wholesaling. Also, go to meet ups and networking, and find what other buyers are looking for, don't limit yourself to one buyer. Easier to pass off deals. Consider splitting fee with experienced wholesaler to walk you through first deal. You might even find one here on BP. Hope that helps.

Also, in the beginning. I didn't turn in paperwork till I had a buyer. No buyer = you pay for services. Once you get the hang of it, turn in paperwork, ready to close.

Unless it's different in Atlanta, turn in all paperwork to title company. They process everything, buyer pays for everything at closing. Hope that answers your question. Contact your title company you've chosen, ask them for a brief walk through of the process. But usually, buyer pays.

I'm definitely going to be there. Looking forward to networking. So it's going to be on Friday 30th correct?
Hey Dominic. I would attend all the networking groups here in Houston. That way you get a good mix of what you are looking for. I know one of the biggest will be next week in Sugarland at RCC, so I would start there. The Rich club is also full of great info.
Motivated sellers, fourplex, new roof? Congrats, Looks like you have a winner right there.
Great podcast! Way to go keeping things simple.
Congrats Fas. Fourplexes are so attractive in mf investing. Does it need work? What side of town? I look forward to following your buying progress if you care to share the details. Good luck!
