Best of luck Earl. I know some buyers there, but they want deep discounts and the uglier the better. Maybe consider posting if there are any Baytown buyers here or CL or even Facebook RE groups.
Again, good luck.

There are buyers for Baytown as long as the numbers make sense. You said you're dealing with owners or wholesalers about the deals? Just trying to understand.

Get in touch with a local wholesaler and consider jving to find a buyer. Or post on cl and see what type of calls come thru. Hope that helps.

Coco W. ,
The best thing is that you have options. Just depends on what you want to do. Do you want to hold on to them or cash out? Feel free to reach out to bounce ideas.

I second what John says about your Houston rentals. Why do you think they're not doing well? Would love to bounce, share ideas. Ask anything.
Always looking to share ideas.

One of the best, easiest ways is to find where investors are buying. You can do that at Networking. Then drive around that area and jot down addresses of houses that look trashed, or what fits the investors/wholesalers criteria.

Thanks Andrew! Unicorn is right! I won't know what's out there till I ask and this seems to be where the smart people hang out. Flexible with terms, but those numbers seemed like the best place to start. Thanks again!
