i would remove this line.
even if the probate case is not completed.
its they only part that i could find that i had any sort of emotion about as a reader.
i would also send them out at 3 weeks. the people know already if they are selling well before the death. most family's discuss things like this before hand. three weeks is plenty of time for peple to need to pay bills again.
