Hi everyone

I've found a NNN property and ran numbers using the rental property calculator but I know I've figured it wrong. My question is how to figure out monthly & annually cash flow? So when I present the information to an investor & bank so they have all the figures. I'm stumped

Your expertise is appreciated

@Andre Deville

You could use a p. O. Box number for address or check with a ups store. I've heard that they give addresses for there boxes.

Yes the property would of been with the repairs that was going to be done to the units, but it doesn't matter now because deal didn't go through cuz owner backed out.

 Thank you for your response

Interested in buying.

1.I'm not understanding this statement in the property information “reporting more than $2,300,000 in 2018 of which they
pay a significant percentage rent in addition to their base rent."

2.what kind of things should I look for & ask for before seeing the property?
