As others have mentioned, a DSCR sounds like it would be a great option for you as your DTI does not come into play.

The mainf factors that do are the DSCR ratio, LTV, and your credit score. You can also go through an LLC if you'd like. For cash outs, most lenders are capped at 75% LTV. However, seasoning will come into play to determine the appropraite leverage. Happy to connect and chat further!

It wouldn't hurt to set up time to meet with agents, property managers, lenders, and others while you’re visiting your markets of interst. Building a trusted team is key, so starting that process as you actively search for your market will put you in a strong position moving forward.

Welcome London -

Focus on building your team: agent, GC, lender, PM. Highly reccomend looking into local meetup groups / facebook investing groups as well. Good luck!
