Welcome to BP, Rami!
Your focus on the Dallas market and Fix and Flip projects sounds solid, especially with the DIY approach and having an interior designer on your team.
Our HQ is in Austin, and we work with a lot of investors in your martker. Would love to connect with you and your partners!

Welcome to BP, Dave!
I’m from Newburyport, so I get how tough the Boston market can be. Breaking even with MF in this area is definitely a challenge.
Have you looked into sotuhern NH at all? Also, you could explore MTRs as there are a lot of traveling professionals in the area. Happy to connect and chat further if you'd like.

Hey Anothony -
Are you new to investing / do you have previous reno experience? A lot of rehab lenders will account previous reno expereince when it comes to terms. Also, have you looked into DSCR loans for the refinacne portion? If not, I have included an article below that sheds light.
Good luck, and happy to connect.

Are you from Huntsville / do you have a team down there? If not, I can put you in touch with an investor friendly agent in the area who can help.
