I've just started looking into real estate investing and found BiggerPockets from a Google search. I've got a good start on reading the beginning guides and books and listening to podcasts, etc. There is a lot of information here.

My current plans are for building cash flow and doing some flipping. Of course that may change as I learn more about all that is available. I did some investigation into real estate a couple of years ago but for some reason didn't find this site. I'm glad I found it this time.

I'm looking forward to meeting people, learning, and investing.
