 It is a struggle for me to realize that it’s not necessary for people to act in a manner that I want them to. I would definitely go and do an inspection on the property

In my area I can buy house for 28,000 and be able to rent it out for seven to $900 so to me it would not be a good deal… A huge thing in your favor with it is the money you put out if you have no major expenses and the first 3 1/2 years you would be paid back.

Ck the MLS and Find what you like and take a look at it

I only do month-to-month leases with people. A reason to behind that is I can give them a 15 day notice for them to leave if they’re on a month-to-month. It is much more easier to get rid of somebody with a month-to-month lease. If you take care of your property treat people fairly and they are reasonable they won’t be leaving
