Hello Fellow BP'ers!

Our last monthly CNY RE Investors Meetup on 11/7 at Aloft Inner Harbor in Syracuse was even bigger than October and some solid connections were made. Our next meetup is on Tues 12/5 at 7pm again at the Aloft Inner Harbor, as it's been great for the conversational style of this networking meetup.

As always, there is no fee to attend other than a willingness to share what you know or have learned with other investors and learn from them what you may not know. Our intent is to make everyone more successful in the region and by trading knowledge we all can do more deals!

Please join us and bring along any other investors with this same mindset. Also, please share any recent happenings for your REI journey, whether new deals, possibilities or goals in the next few months or year.

See ya there!

@Nate Fenson.  You could put in the marketplace section of BP as well. That's where services, properties and other items are bought and sold by BP members. Hope this helps, looks like a decent smaller storage unit.

I take it you are looking to sell it. Have you tried advertising it to local mechanics in the Southern Tier? Get the word out to local garages, car dealerships, other mechanics. Seems set up for it already and in a decent location and a local guy just starting out might be looking for just such a place to hang his shingle. A lot do side work out of their home garage/driveway that might be better suited for a "real" shop. Might be a nice little revenue stream if you decide to keep it and rent it. Find out the local rates and keep yours competitive or a little less. Talk to the local shops and see what local organizations for car repairs/auto dealers there might be and contact them. Perhaps one could also use it for a detailing shop or other auto accessory installation shop of some sort.

Just a thought...

Hello Fellow BP'ers!

Our last monthly CNY RE Investors Meetup on 10/3 at Aloft Inner Harbor in Syracuse was a great success and some great connections were made. Our next meetup is on Tues 11/7 at 7pm again at the Aloft Inner Harbor, as it was good for the conversational style of this networking meetup.

Hey @Nate Armstrong.  Glad to have you onboard!

Our last meetup was a great success with about 10 of us in attendance as the evening went along. We'll have our next one at Aloft Inner Harbor again at 7pm on Tues 11/7.

This time, I'll have an attendance sheet with basic contact info so people can contact others afterwards as they see fit to collaborate and help get deals done. Not mandatory, just if you want to network some more.

For those that attended, please let me know of changes to the meetup that might be helpful to make it more productive for everyone. Also, anyone can invite other investors, on BP or not, who share the common goal of collaborative sharing and learning so we can all do more deals.

Hope to see all of you at Aloft on the 7th!

Hey @Nate Armstrong! Glad you got on here and it was great meeting you last month! Please do come to our next monthly meetup at Aloft Inner Harbor on Tues 11/7 at 7pm.  We had a great turnout last time and some solid connections were made. Your sometimes quiet nature is indeed an advantage at times so no worries! It's what you do with the information you learn and share, that counts! See you soon!
