lol... everyone always wishes they were somewhere else. The grass is always greener...
If you never read "Acres of Diamonds", a short essay written maybe 50 years ago and popularized by Earl Nightengale, take a moment to read it.

:-D
I'm not, Nick.
I just sick and tired of people thinking they have the right to tell other people what they should do with their businesses and making themselves the self-appointed investor police. Like I said, worry about tending their own gardens instead of worrying about how others are tending to theirs.

Gee. Thanks for keeping it going.
How about all of you "whistle blowers" on here devote yourselves to building your own real estate businesses instead of worrying about what everybody else is doing.

Why in the world would you want to virtual wholesale in FL? Everyone I know wants to virtual wholesale in Phoenix.
The grass is greener?

Anyone is allowed to wholesale as long as they comply with the laws governing real estate transactions.

No. However, the probate court may have to approve the sale. You need to discuss the process with the attorney handling the estate or the executor/executrix of the estate.
Post: Should Real estate agent's commission to be Regulated?

I am not an agent, but I recognize that real estate agents play an important role in the stream of commerce. There are many that do something other than facilitate the buying and selling of houses, too.
The title of this post was should commission be regulated, but unless I missed it, the first post didn't really address the headline at all.
However, to answer the question, commissions already are regulated. It's called the free market, the invisible hand. The market determines how much they can or can't charge.
Moreover, why should someone who is more competent and whose services are deemed of greater value have to settle for less. It is we who will ultimately suffer because all we will get is mediocrity should government regulation be forced upon us.
When industries are deregulated, prices go down and the consumer benefits. Case in point, the travel industry and specifically, air travel.
