Next up, wood flooring and tile. I'm afraid I have limited pics in this area. Seems at the time I was rushed, or simply had a brain fart.

Again, dang sideways pic.

That's the shower drain. I like how this flooring company finished the drain.

Hi @Harry Asnien. This house took a week shy of 8 months. A more experienced builder (or one in more of a hurry) could probably build it in 5.

Here are pics of the final trim work.

Sorry, I cannot figure out how to straighten this picture.

Now for the granite. We chose 3 cm granite for the kitchen and bath tops, all from the same batch. The color is grayish white with not a lot of movement. It's a spec house, so we couldn't go too crazy with the creative stuff.

I've also included pics of the bricks at the fireplace and the island fascia. The bricks match the exterior bricks.

@Account Closed you may have to get a permit from the Corps of Engineers if the property is considered Wetlands. These permits are not easy to get. Google Wetlands and view the Clean Water Act.

Also, the off-white color of the cabinets clashed a bit with the white of the trim and ceilings. Poor judgement on my part.
