We flip a lot of properties in the Richmond VA area and to keep the train moving you do need to have the funds for sure. We have been able to do what we do because of our Private Money lenders and even some hard money.

You keep doing homes like this and you will find the money! Success breeds success! Let everyone know about your property and how successful it was and you will find the funds to do more.

There are quite a few wholesalers in the Richmond area and some do very well. I buy almost exclusively from wholesalers as I focus on what we are good and let others like yourself do what your good at!

Although not a wholesaler please let me know if we can help you in the RVA area! RVA for the folks not local is the Richmond Va areas of Chesterfield , Henrico, Hanover etc.

I am a cash buyer and am always on the lookout for a good property.

I do like the nicer areas of town and focus on the $125k and up ARV type homes.

As I said I am a cash buyer and also use a lot of private money to fund my deals and even then I can close in a matter of days so please let me know any possibilities you have.

I do mostly flips so cash flow is not a concern. The rentals I pick up usually need alot of work so when I am done with them I have good equity and since bought cheap I still can have some decent cash flow. But as you know they are harder to come by these days!

I focus in Western Henrico and Chesterfield counties but will do anything in the Richmond area that works. But I like houses with an ARV of $150,000 and up so I stay out of the lower priced areas.
