I have a Nissan Frontier 2000 model with 194,000 miles on it. I use it for my rehab jobs and misc work on projects. When it dies I will replace it with another Nissan or Toyota used of course. If you buy a new truck hit something or dent the tailgate time you drive it off the lot. With-out a dent or broken glass your subs won't take you serious.

Michael Quarles also has a podcast called Buy sell fix flip. Any and all books by Grant Cardone are good.

The photo was taken from the living room area looking into the study.

The study it's own room, just the glass french doors won't work for bedroom doors.

Hate not to make it a bedroom since I have the closet and Smoke Det..

Could I just list it as a 3/2 but leave the french doors??

No sorry the doors are separating the Study from the living room area. All the bedrooms and the study are on one end (or side) of the house..

I have a 2 bed 2bath flip that has a study in between the two bedrooms. It has a closet and a smoke detector already there. My question is what would you guys do with these french doors? Keep the look and get new non-glass french doors or??

I would rather not do any framing here can anyone suggest something that might look good and make this work with the current opening?? See attached pic

House is 1481 sq ft and has a attached 2 car garage, the mentioned study is a large as the non-master bedroom..

(J Scott Mark Ferguson what would you do?)

Home Inspectors can't and don't catch most major issues. In defense of quality home inspectors they can't see most things. Even the best of these guys can't see through walls and look under concrete etc.

Mary I don't think your mailing hit your targets hands yet. 1 out of those 300 would have called and at least left you a nasty message. I always mail myself one to just to get a feel for when they hit and it's what I ordered etc.
