Do it on your own, be careful some of these guys call themselves "coaches"... 

No matter what they come to you as be careful and keep your money. 

They will coach you out of your money :)

If you can make time I would find a good mentor or ask a local investor if you can work with him for free.

Learn from someone who is active and is where you would like to be 20-25 years from now.

Shin & Smith in upstate SC is good. They are located in the Greenville/Greer SC area. 

They work with a lot of investors. I work with Brandon you can tell him we spoke on this forum and mention my name if you like.

@Bill Gulley I learned here and there and trial and error. I also may or may not have been in a program in the past that wasn't the best thing ever lol

Hate to hear that all these so called guru's should be banned. Guru's/coaches/mentors etc or whatever they like to call themselves. Sad these guys/girls do this. Money is so hard to come by without someone taking it from you.
