I suggest you find a local mentor. They know the landscape of the market, trends, issues, good vs bad areas, BRRRR lenders, and much more!
Be sure to check out the profiles of that local mentor and ask around. You'll hear from the local successful investors who are the real mentors vs the passing Guru.

The information in that book brewed for a looong time, but I did eventually take action. (As so many of us know), it was a game changer once it took hold.

Thanks Drew for writing this! It was AWESOME to give your son a reward certificate. We used your sons story to inspire some of our students who... hesitate to pull the trigger on buying their first property. It's going to be a great story when he's 18, 21, 25. He's going to be having investor conversations light years ahead of his friends.
Since we are having our 1st baby, we are going to do the same as you wrote above! Thanks for the great ideas and "DRIP"; and having parents contribute vs. just toys. We plan on limited toys, but with grandparents this will be challenge so the DRIP contributions will be a great incentive to redirect wasted funds on toys to a potential future investment/college.
Maybe we need to start a Real Estate Investors School for teens???
