I have to get caught up on a bunch of other stuff as I have been out of town, but i will give you a call after I do. I'm from Wichita Falls and even went to school in Burkburnett so I know the area well and may be able to help you move the properties. Sorry to hear about your Dad and my thoughts and prayers are with him and you.

Great responses from everyone which I really appreciate.
@Sean Carroll Thats what I meant as well. A list of what I need to get done this weeks and then hopefully she would pick out a few that she would enjoy doing and that would " help me out" Thx for the tip.
@Andrew Johnson Expanding our radius and taking on additional markets is my ultimate goal and with her help I think we could do that. I'm possible losing some deals due to delayed follow-up to phone calls and what not. Good think with this target market is not a lot of people are doing what I am doing so i have some flexibility and this is a great market to "cut my teeth". I know when I expand into other metro markets there will be a lot more competition so I will not be able to have a delayed response and follow up. I want to get as many of the systems in place now so that wont happen. Thx for the advice.
@Sean Walton I rarely listen to the radio anymore and listen to all podcasts and audiobooks. I will definetly add this book and the 4 hour work week to my list to purchase and listen to. Thx for the advice.
@Bryan O. Your response had me cracking up as your probably right. Shes already basically the "boss" of the house already. I do want to treat her as a partner. She does and will have more time than me. I want her to be interested and get involved in the business but still have the time and flexibility with our son. I've already told her that if she could dedicate even 3-4 hours per day everyday we would crush it. I do have a great job currently, but yes the ultimate goal would be to quit and both of us do this full-time. I also want to expand into rehabs, rentals, etc. That's why I went with a company name of Premier Investment Properties and Stonecipher Property Holdings so that we have a name that can still be utilized in future en devours. She could pull $80,000-$110,000 at a corporate job but along with that comes commutes and less flexibility so yes this needs to be "worth her time". Thx for the advice.
Thank you to everyone for the advice and keep it coming. Its giving me some great ideas.

@Jay Hinrichs Forgot to mention that one of the four deals was from a National Wholesaler that contacted me through my Craigslist ad to help close the deal and we split it. With that being said I guess technically it was 3 deals out of the 2000 letters. Yea I've been pretty blessed to close deals with such limited deals. THe reason why I chose my target market, even though its 2 hours away, is because I figured limited people were doing what I was doing there.
@Jerry Puckett Thank Jerry and I appreciate the advice as it makes since.
Everyone keep the advice coming. Thanks

@Elizabeth Wilson Great advice. I don't know what I'm looking for either. Considering at one point she didnt even get the business and thought I was wasting my time ( until I started closing some deals and the money started coming in and she got a new designer purse that I promised her Id buy when I closed first deal) I'm just excited shes entertaining getting involved. Any and all advice is appreciated.

@Sean Carroll No thats perfect and excatly the kind of advice I'm looking for. I want to to be interested but dont want to scare her away either. Any and all help that she can do is a help. I like your approach about sending her a list and letting her pick what she wants to do. Thanks and keep it up
