In the marrero area... I have done most of my deals in the same neighborhood. I have developed a little niche in this area. The market isn't blowing and going there but I am able to make decent money there.
I am open to new areas all around New Orleans if they make sense for what I like to do!

I have done over 15 flips in the New Orleans area. I currently have 3 flips in progress and just purchased my first buy and hold property. I'm looking to learn as much as possible and meet other investors in my area to possibly partner with.
