I have purchased from sheriff sales in Louisiana but not Mississippi.  I was hoping to find someone with experience at that particular sale.  I have questions specific to that area I'm trying to get answers to.

I am very familiar with flips in marrero.  I would not recommend condos to flip there.

There are opportunities to make money with single families. I currently have one I'm finishing up there right now. Just make sure you buy right!

In my experience it will not last very long.  Make sure your tenants don't use harsh chemicals  to clean the tub or any of the liquid drain cleaners!
