@Marc C., Thank you for all of the awesome information! Does this mean that you are finding the most success with those Class C buildings? Or, do you think there are also opportunities in say, a Class B- unit that would run somewhere around $120k-$150k? I hope to see you soon at one of our local meet ups. Thank you again!

@John Thedford, Interesting! Self storage seems like it could be a really good idea for ABQ. I don't know much about that sort of property or how to run it but I'd be glad to learn more about it in the future. What books did you send them?

@Mark Manship, Thank you for the kind words and willingness to help me out. My plan is to focus on areas that are near Kirtland and UNM. I will likely be investing in lower income homes and properties from Class C to B-. Are you investing in the Florida market?
