It is an older home. The rehab cost is around 56kk. This includes all mechanical, appliances, roof, etc. At that point there shouldn't be much differed maintenance.

Chance you wrote the following statement on another forum and said to inbox you if we were interested in details about termite control. I am very interested; however, being new to the site I didn't see an option to inbox you. "Guys I had my termite license and ran my own business doing termite and pest control. I can answer any question you may have and tell you exactly how to cut out a termite company...Just inbox me and Ill explain how if you still have questions."
