My daughter is an agent and right now she is mostly doing direct mail for finding listings specifically. Have any of you had luck marketing online with PPC or SEO to find real estate listings?
Thanks

@Andrew Herrig Great thread to read through, looks like you made a plan and stuck with it and now your reaping the results. Awesome work.
I do have a question if you don't mind, you said people are finding you online? We tried to do PPC a few years ago and didn't get anything good out of it, we paid alot and got junk leads mostly. We were using PPC for words like "We buy houses" and "sell your house fast". We mostly invest in Denton TX, so maybe the Denton population is differnet from dallas when it comes to online ppc.
Is that similar to what your doing online?

@Account Closed Sounds like if you are an established broker in your area, it just gets easier and easier as the years go on. More referrals, more brand awareness, more real estate for sale by ____ in yards. Seems like pushing something up hill. On the onset its difficult, but once you hit the peak its downhill and momentum is on your side.

Just curious here, but for the agents here, what % of your time do you spend trying to acquire new leads. Whether thats sellers for listing or buyers. A good friend of mine said probably a little more than 50% of her time is spent on lead generation. Curious as to what others experience is. Thanks

A basic question. If you have the correct street address, city, state and zip, but the name is incorrect will your mail still be delivered?
For example, I am working on some vacant properties that I skip traced. I found the new owner/heir's address, but I wouldnt change the name on the postcard, I would leave the name as the deceased owner of the vacant house.
Thanks

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the apron on a driveway? Does a concrete driveway even have this?
