I recommend you shop around in your local city. Meet them in person and discuss the best umbrella policy that fits your personal and investment portfolio. I gained knowledge from my local insurance agent.

We need to work in order to receive loans on these rentals...so W2 dependent. Been doing this for 10 plus years now. I don't see myself quitting my job for some time.

Update: I found an escrow company...negotiated them down and saved $1000. When people say it can't be done or give negative feedback....march forward and make it happen hustle!

Hi. I'm out-of-state investor and a friend of mine suggested I look into an SFH in Monroe, OH. I want to know if there a rental and a stable job demand? Based on my research, Monroe is a highly owner-occupied and the city itself is about 12k population.
