Cincinnati is a good option to look into. The city has an annual output of $132 billion and a heavy concentration of Fortune 500 companies, making it a top economic metro. Homes are still meeting 1% rule there as well.

Hey Isaiah, I think Columbus is a great option to consider. Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon. Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the market. A market with high appreciation will give yo the highest ROI.

My team finds plenty of deals both on and off-market and we can provide you with the resources you need to make the purchase without walking the properties physically.

Hey Hunter,

I think Columbus is a great option to consider when getting into rentals. Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon. Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the market.

Hey Alex, after picking a market you like, I would suggest taking some time to fly out and get a personal feel of the area. Picking a market is a big decision and should be taken seriously.

There's still cash-flow opportunities here in Ohio. Look into Cincinnati or Cleveland. Though I don't think cash-flow should be your only factor. Most millionaires in real estate became so through appreciation. If you buy a house worth $100k with $20,000 down and in 5 years, it's worth $150k, that's a 250% return on your cash. I would look into markets where there is projected economy growth.

These are all good options. I think deciding how much focus you want to direct on real estate should help determine a decision. If you want to learn more about Columbus, I'd be happy to talk.

Hey Khyati, I live and invest in Ohio, I would be happy to connect.

You should start going to your local real estate meet ups as well.
