Hello everyone, 

So I recently looked into Phil Pustejovsky's freedom mentor program, and while I liked the concept, I was wondering if anyone knew of a program like this local to the Cincinnati area.  I am not afraid to put in the time and money to learn to be a good investor, but I would prefer to learn from someone who knows my area.

Yes, I believe so, but I know there are brokers that allow agents to work part time.  

It is not my full time job yet, but I want it to be.  Do you currently have your license? I had some questions about how it works with investment properties and brokerages.
