@Marcus Auerbach I am thinking of getting my license here in Ohio-do you work a lot with investors (that is where my interest lies)? I am wondering where to start networking with investors once I am licensed.

Hello everyone! I am brand new to real estate (I bought and rehabbed my own home a couple years ago and fell in love!) I am currently working through the education on this board and recently joined REIA of Cincinnati. I still don't have a clear picture of exactly how I want to invest but I am leaning towards rehabbing rental homes. I look forward to getting to know everyone and learning a lot! Any advice or just moral support is always very much appreciated!
