@Chris Mason Do we have to own the property for at least 2 years to count towards the DTI?

I just closed a home used a local Columbus lender called Sid Shah. He did 0 closing. But higher interest.

Numbers look pretty good to me. Since your planB is hold it in ur portfolio, I am sure you did all the math and made sure it is cash flowing.

More thoughts on this will be really helpful.

Also it is next to impossible to find a deal cash flow like this where I live. SF Bay Area :) Please factor in that as well.

There is one important thing I forgot to mention in my post. I will buy this with a partner who stays in Columbus Oh. He might manage the property.
