Hi @CARLOS DIGGS I live and work in rockville/Bethesda area and i am trying to move to real estate investing as well.. I am a member of BWIMeetup group which has been very instrumental in helping me connect for some properties.... 

I have used i-agent before although not as popular like redfin Zillow and also have a rather crappy website... But there biggest advantage is buyer agents commission split... 1.5% out of 3% back to a buyer..... I personally have worked with them so if you need a direct references let me know.....

I have a request ..... all the calculators on the result page should be editable...

Like i should be able to edit things on result page and see the new calculated results... currently its a pain....

Also it would be nice to also export these as xls so that we may be able to change things there as well...
