It appears as if he runs one of those programs where they hook you on a low/free cost training and then hit you non-stop with "upgrades", and "higher levels of coaching".  With the whole, "if you really want success you need the next level".  You'll be 50k in debt before you know it.  I'd suggest trying a free training first that gives you the basics that will get you started and see if it's the right business for you.  You can find free training (I'm not in any way affiliated but have gone through it and it's quite thorough) at LandConquest.... if I put the ending might get blocked but Google is your friend.  Spending some on marketing/mailers/trying to find motivated sellers would be a better use of your money (in my opinion).

Checkout WorldRemit.  I have found them to be quite affordable to send money abroad

Quote from @John Underwood:

How did you pay?

Can you contact credit card, PayPal etc and see about getting payment reversed?

Is he still advertising on FB? Let authorities know and maybe they can do a sting and catch the guy.

I used Zelle. Can't find him on facebook now
The bank should have a record of the account that it went to from Zelle and then from there you can provide that information to the police who can then use that to track the person down.  You may not be able to get your money back, but you can at least hopefully get the person who scammed you in jail.

You are kinda at their mercy.  I have a few pieces of vacant land listed for sale, but they don't all go through unfortunately.  Just repost and submit a ticket again and wait.

Check out PropertyRadar, similar pricing as Propstream but I found it to be better for pulling lists for vacant land.

He's been posting this ad for years... must have a nice affiliate relationship from the course.

I use PropertyRadar for land lists.  I think it will depend on your area as most of these third-party companies pull the data directly from the county and may or may not filter that data well to pull out vacant land.
