Post: Skip-tracing LLCs / Trusts / Companies

Hey guys,

I need to skip trace some LLC / corporation and trust phone numbers, but noticed that REISkip only skip-traces individual persons.

Does anyone know how I could get these numbers or if there's a website/service that can do this?

Appreciate any insight! Thanks in advance

Please everyone - no matter where and how (notes, lending, flipping, etc.) you decide to invest - make sure you do your research, it fits your strengths/weaknesses/situation, and you take your time!

My two cents.

Agree with a lot of people above, I think it’s hard to say. There’s too many factors to consider, including (lack of) housing affordability on the coasts. I heard the Redfin CEO even saying people were moving inland because of this.

@Haran Pradeep chidambaram

Hey Haran, congrats on taking your first steps. We’re based here in Columbus, and generally speaking it’s a cash flow market.

For someone newer like yourself, you’ll want to stick with something more bread and butter and retail ready. Our median price is about $150k. You’ll be paying close to retail prices for something that’s rent ready (versus a property that needs work, but that you’ll get a big discount on),  but less risk that way.

Yield will generally diminish the higher price point you’re at.

Take your time and do your homework! Reach out to us if we can help.

@Matthew Rosebaugh

Ben Vail with Housepitality LLC (Airbnb management), would know the answer to this. Send me a PM and I'll send you his contact info!

@Dan Wickland

Hey Dan - I don't think they do it themselves, but we use Liz Payne at Hosket Ulen when we need to insure our rehabs and have been very happy with her. I'm sure if she can't help you, she can definitely give you a great referral.

Hope that helps at least a little.

Best,

-Sean

We're looking for someone just like you (on the ground) in Columbus Ohio.

Best of luck, with this attitude success is a matter of time.
