@Christian Reyes We do this a lot with our borrowers where they utilize our no doc loan to acquire and rehab the property. Once it is rehabbed they stabilize it with renters and refinance it through a bank or credit union. Avoids the huge headache of going through the banks on the initial acquisition loan. Due to the equity that is built in a lot of our investors are able to pull out negative equity as cash out as well. Works really well if you structure the numbers correctly.
