@Alex Hamilton  Are you applying through the website?  We have not received any emails or submissions from your email or linked to your name.  Are you getting a confirmation through the website when you submit a deal?

@Joyce Cain  Yes we can look at doing a first and a second.  I manage a GAP fund personally that I use in conjunction with the first position mortgage.  So we can essentially provide the first up to 90% of purchase and 100% of rehab with a GAP piece for any portion of the difference.
