@Monica George  When we say experienced we typically mean 1 completed flip previously or more.  We will also accept contractor experience, architect experience, etc.  We are rolling out a newbie program in August as well.

He may be able to help.  If he cannot do it within that time frame and you need to close you can always try a stated income lender as a last resort.  Not the greatest terms but it sounds like speed is your most important criteria at the moment.

@Brock Halstead  Sure thing!  Typically we are offering 10.99% interest only and 2-2.45 points.  The max loan is $5M and anything over that is case by case.
