I am looking to purchase 2-4 unit residential properties that are rented or are rent ready. I am only considering properties that the seller will carry financing. My target aspects are below:
- Acquisition price of under $150K
- Must be a 2-4 unit
- No major rehab needed
- 5-10% down
- Seller financing for 10 year term min
- 5-6% interest rate
