We are raising private funds to lend directly and can offer up to 95% LTC as long as the project is at or under 75% AIV/ARV. Feel free to reach out as our rates start around 7-8% for very experienced and low LTV projects and go up to about 12% for less experienced and high LTV's. We will consider most markets throughout the US and we are focusing on SFR 1-4 units.
Also, any investors interested in contributing capital towards a Direct Mortgage Investment feel free to reach out as well as we are always looking for additional capital.

We are looking to expand our Private Mortgage Company and are looking for any investors that would be interested in investing capital.
