Hey Will! Good to see you back on the board.

I actually do have a SDIRA question. One of the podcasts that I listen to very quickly mentioned using an LLC inside of your IRA as a way to get around paying the individual fees and waiting for the SDIRA company to approve any transaction. I don't think you can get around the disqualified parties using this. The whole idea is that the SDIRA owns the LLC and then the LLC makes the investments. Because the LLC decides on the investments, there are no fees or approval process from the SDIRA company.

Any thought on this?

Wow that's too bad! I had no idea that was a rule. My account still says that my donation is completed as of 8/20. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

Two things I can think of offhand:
1. Read everything in the wholesaling forum (which you have probably already done or are doing now)

2. Read Steph's blog. http://www.flipthiswholesaler.net. She has tons of info and has been flipping REOs for a few years now. She also wrote an ebook that is perfect if you know little to nothing about the process. And she's easy on the eyes which doesn't hurt...
