@Andrea Jones  great topic. I tend to favor a well informed tenant. Asking questions is welcomed, however a complaining during the tour is a red flag imo. Due to proper selection, I have only had awesome tenants.

Tile instead of wood. the first plumbing disaster or spilled container of fluid and you will be glad you did it. Also you can repair an area without having to take up several rows(wood). I have installed both and will vote tile nearly everytime.

took class at The Real Estate School. If you require a classroom setting- then this would be sufficient....HOWEVER  only half of book is taught and it took me reading it a few years later to realize that I had missed a lot of information.

Will they aid you in passing the class state exam? yes

Can you do it on your own via online couse? yes

I would choose the latter. Read the book cover and understand it regardless of which route you choose.
