What is the easiest way to find serious cash buyers?  Not wholesalers but the actual buyer. Someone who is willing to walk the property and pick it up that same day!

I recently just started with a company that wholesales in the inland empire and surrounding area, and from what I have seen there is nothing but good things out here in the real estate market. Plenty of opportunities & a lot of good people to help out along the way.

I am fairly new to the area as well. I am a wholesaler, and a lot of my investors say that they do flips on SFRs while trying to build capital. I guess it depends on what your strategy is. So it can vary from case to case.
