Welcome to bigger pockets. Take advantage of tools you have here. If i would you i would stick to either wholesale or fix n flip not both. Once you get good at either one you do then move on to the other.

have you thought of finding properties though a property manager? They usually find deals before they hit the MLS? You might also want to find an agent that has access to off market deals.
